- Summary
- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Malayan Pm in Vietnam. DESCRIPTION: Vietnam was the first foreign land visited by the Malay Premier since his country became independent. At a Temple in Hue, Tuanku Abdul Rahman and his wife were shown giant urns (commemorating nine Emperors), treasures of the historic Annamese Court. In the evening there was a special performance of music and dancing in honour of the Malay visitors. In the South, the hill-country near Dalat is famous for its scenic attractions.
