- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Queen at Harlow. DESCRIPTION: Her Majesty and Prince Philip visited Harlow New Town, in Essex. The Guard of Honour was provided by the Fourth Battalion, the Essex Regiment. Harlow was out in full force to hail the Queen and her husband. She and the Prince also went to near-by Brentwood School. This was the first royal visit paid to it, and it marked the 400th anniversary of the school’s foundation. SHOTLIST: Panoramic view of the town.
