MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Farnborough Air Show. DESCRIPTION: The Society of British Aircraft Constructors have been staging their seventeenth show at Farnborough. With annual aircraft exports now approaching the hundred million pound mark, the value of such a shop-window is obvious. All the best British planes and engines were displayed and thousands came to see them. SHOTLIST: Aerial over Farnborough. Panning shot along parked aircraft. Shot of a Fairey Delta 2. Sign ‘Avro Vulcan B1’. Shot of Vulcan. Shot of 2 helicopters taking off. Bristol 173 takes off. Various shots in air. Army helicopter takes off from lorry, in air and lands on lorry.
