MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ascot Race. DESCRIPTION: The Queen and The Duke attended the first day of Royal Ascot. Race goers were there in large numbers, and ladies of fashion displayed a great variety fashion on their heads. The third race of the day was the Ascot Stakes which was won by Zarathustra followed behind by God’s Hill and Rally. SHOTLIST: LS across to stands filled with crowds.
