In picture is Mr Joseph Vassalo of the Constitutional Party, and Miss Mabel Strickland standing behind him. Also present but not seen was a delegation from Westminster - Roy Jenkins (Labour), Sir Roland Robinson (Conservative), Joseph Grimond (Labour), Mr John Briggs - Davidson (Conservative). The labour supporters are seen showing We want Integration posters. A great demonstration was held owing to Mr Mintoff’s condemning the Catholic Church.
