Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Souflacuis Carnival. DESCRIPTION: In St Claude, near the Swiss frontier, they have been holding their annual carnival - a carnival with a difference. SHOTLIST: GV of the procession and the camera then switches quickly to the hooded participants wearing white robes and carrying bellows. Various hilarious scenes of these men blowing air up the skirts of some women who were watching the carnival.
