Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Royal Navy Aids Greek Victims. DESCRIPTION: Pitiful and poignant scenes on the Ionian islands, after the catastrophic earthquake. A vast refugee problem has been created. HMS Bermuda was one of the Royal Navy ships that quickly brought aid. American servicemen were equally tireless in their efforts. Admiral Mountbatten was there with his wife, coordinating and directing aid. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Aerials of the Ionian Isles. Pitiful scenes on the island. Victims praying.
