DESCRIPTION: Crews from London, Paris and Brussels Universities competed for the Brussels Treaty Organisation Cup over a course of just over a mile - from Mortlake to Kew. London University (winners last year) won by a length and a half from Paris University. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Boat being carried out.
