Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Mr Eden Weds Clarissa Churchill. DESCRIPTION: Thousands of Londoners were at Caxton Hall to see what they could of the wedding. They saw Mr Eden arrive, Mr and Mrs Churchill and then the bride Miss Clarissa Spencer Churchill. After the ceremony, a family luncheon was held at No 10, Downing Street. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV crowds outside. Crowds, Eden arrives, acknowledges cheers. Enters. Churchill & his wife arrive. Crowds cheer. Clarissa Churchill arrives & goes straight in. Married Mr & Mrs Eden come out, pose for camera, smiling etc., drive off. At No 10 Downing Street, various shots of the wedding groups. CU of the couple. Group - Mr & Mrs Churchill, Mr & Mrs Eden, etc.
