MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Winston Churchill’s 76th Birthday. DESCRIPTION: To Mr Churchill’s London home came a stream of presents and congratulations on his 76th birthday. As you’d expect, indeed, gifts and good wishes arrived from all over the world. SHOTLIST: KS. MS of the house, with No 28 on side of same. Several shots of telegrams, presents, etc. arriving. Door being opened each time to receive same. Birthday cake (Churchill Arch in New House of Commons) arrives. CU cake. Cake being taken into house. Churchill stands outside No 28 in overcoat, smiling. His car drives away leaflets fluttered off radiator reads "Send our Men Home from Korea". Two women individually being questioned (silent) by police. CU one of the women.
