At Osaka, Japan, the worst typhoon for nearly twenty years leaves a trail of destruction. SHOTLIST: KS. Heavy seas breaking on seawall - New England. Various shots of heavy seas breaking along seafront, taken from several angles. Osaka, Japan - elevated GV of main street. Residents flooded, people in streets wade through water knee deep. Inhabitants walk along wrecked railway track, telegraph poles leaning over at an acute angle.
