DESCRIPTION: New Guinea natives assemble from the hills for a very special ceremony - a visit from the Governor-General of Australia. These highlanders are among the most backward of New Guinea’s tribes and many have never set eyes on a white man before. SHOTLIST: GV of thousands of natives assembled to greet the Governor General. Governor’s plane lands & alights, formal greeting by white officials & chieftains of the tribes.
