Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Kids Cycle Speedway. DESCRIPTION: At an Honor Oak bombed site kids hold their own cycle speedway meeting. Everything is done exactly as it is at the real speedway. All goes well until a fat boy popped in to show them how to do it. SHOTLIST: MCU boy places a crash helmet on his head. Two boys sitting above a sign reading "pits". Crowds round the edge of track, cyclist going pass them. LS of the bomb site speedway track. Start of race, various shots of the cornering. Chequered flag, cyclist go by same. Start of race from tapes. Shots round the track, one cyclist falls. Paul Wyand on a bicycle round the track, fall off same, lying on the ground with other cyclists going past. He gets up, and wheels the bike away rather disgruntled.
