Summary
The British-made Meteor. Barrage balloons mark course of the first flight. A view of "what six hundred miles an hour looks like from the pilot’s cockpit". First test runs made by Eric Greenwood, chief testpilot of the Gloster company. Group Captain Wilson flies the Gloster Britannia at 606 mph.
