SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Royal Coat of Arms. Greetings etc. to Royal Couple. GV crowd scenes lining route, Trafalgar Square, Strand etc. SCU mother, father, child waiting on pavement. MS child feeding mounted policeman’s horse. SCU baby being held up above crowd. MS child in pram eating its Union Jack. GV into camera, Royal procession leave palace. MS panning of King, Queen and Princess Margaret in open landau. GV panning procession escorted by Household Cavalry as it approaches the Mall. MS Princess Elizabeth and Duke of Edinburgh in open carriage, passing round Queen Victoria Memorial. Elevated shot procession going down Mall (taken from Buckingham Palace roof). Elevated shot of procession through Trafalgar Square (taken from top Admiralty Arch) very good. King and Queen stop at city boundary, Lord Mayor hands King sword, the latter touches same. GV into camera, street crowded as Royal carriage comes down Fleet Street, mounted policeman’s horse side steps into Household Cavalry horse as passing. Elevated arrival at St Paul’s.
