MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Us Consulate Bombed. DESCRIPTION: Shortly after the declaration a bomb was thrown into the American Consulate in Jerusalem. SHOTLIST: KS tilt down of wrecked Consulate doorway and passage. Various shots of damaged building. Interior shot shows glass scattered about room, typewriter on desk. One American girl climbs into ambulance to be taken to hospital. Another American girl on staff talks (silent) with newspaper reporter. Various shots of Military Police making close examination of ruins for any information they can gather.
