MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Peace Conference Begins in Moscow. DESCRIPTION: The Foreign Secretary has arrived in Moscow for a meeting of the Big Four Nations. SHOTLIST: CUT STORY: KS Elevated GV of Moscow showing the Kremlin. GVs of the Kremlin, river in foreground. MS train pulling into station. Bevin alights, shakes hands with Vyshinsky. Elevated group shot of the above with press etc. around them. Bevin says a few words for the press. GV building called the ‘Pilot’s Club’ where conference is to be held, line of cars outside same. MS four flags of Russia, USA, France and Great Britain flying outside. Secretary General Marshall in overcoat walks up steps into building. Bidault alights from car and climbs steps. Bevin’s car approaches, Bevin walks up steps into Club. Molotov in civilian clothes with Vyshinsky in uniform mount steps. Interior - Group shot of the above shaking hands, talking (silent) etc. GV of the hall where the conference is to be held. Delegations walk into room, GV of delegates seated round table.
