Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Airborne Fishing. DESCRIPTION: At Martha’s Vineyard, America a balloon is used to carry the line further out to sea in the hopes of a larger catch. SHOTLIST: KS GV seashore, sea breaking on beach. Men throwing lines out to sea. Fisherman comes into view carrying large balloon, lets balloon rise, line attached to same, on this line runs a pulley, carried out to sea by parachute attached, line drops into sea. Fisherman struggles with a catch, salmon lying on beach, fisherman rushes down picks same up and carries it off.
