Homma walks back to his seat. This is at Manila. At Saigon, Lord Louis Mountbatten walks out of Government House into camera, where ceremony of handing over Field Marshal Count Terauchi’s sword, daggers, etc. packed in box. CU Allied types soldiers, Indian Gurkha, etc. Terauchi walks with stick, suffers from paralysis, hands box over to Lord Mountbatten. MS Union Jack flying over Government House. Terauchi walks back to his position in the rank. Saigon material is SEACAFU.
