Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Nazi Arctic Bases Captured. DESCRIPTION: American Coast Guards managed to destroy three German weather radio stations on the coast of Greenland. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Floating ice. US sailors lower depth charges over side of cutter. GV of cutter caught in the ice. Depth charges explode releasing the cutter. American sailors in rowboat pull away from cutter, land on ice, German bases, inspect food supplies & drinking some of the German spirits. Rowboats return to ship with German prisoners, prisoners come aboard, & various shots of same standing on deck.
