MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Colossal Bombing of Brunswick. DESCRIPTION: The bombing of Germany has been stepped up with heavy American bombers striking Cologne. Lancasters of the RAF have made two attacks on Duisburg. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Aerial shots of condensation trails of hundreds of Fortresses in flight. Aerial shot of Lancaster in flight, over Duisburg, dropping 4,000lb bomb together with hundreds of incendiaries. Fade to night attack on Brunswick, aerial shots of fire spreading, & bombs bursting, huge fires, this is the best material yet, showing fires etc. caused through our bombing. Please make special note.
