Summary
[SUBTITLE]: "Meeting at Central Hall Westminster in aid of Lifeboat Institution." Gathering outside the Hall. Prince walks past a guard of veterans then goes up steps with another man into Fishguard lifeboat which has been erected outside the Hall. Shot from other side of boat shows Prince getting into the boat. Prince and companion talking. The two then come down the ladder and shake hands with the veterans. Close shot of two men wearing lifebelts.
