MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Through German Eyes. DESCRIPTION: More captured German newsreel of the advance on the Russian front. The Germans were trying to capture oil wells in the Caucasus but arrived to find that the Russians had fired them. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Various shots of German troops (flame throwers) in action, on countryside. Also Germans throwing hand grenades. Various shots of street fighting. Stuka dive bombing several following one and other down. Stuka diving & bomb leaving plane, camera follows bomb down, & hit registered. Big guns firing (large artillery). Various shots of burning oil wells (Caucasus) also pan of same. The above is with sound. Dense smoke.
