MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: WRNS Visit Cruiser. DESCRIPTION: A number of Wrens based in Alexandria recently visited a cruiser of the Mediterranean fleet. SHOTLIST: 1. Shot of WRNS in boat as they approach ship. 2. WRNS coming alongside Cruiser. 3. On the Quarter Deck. 4. Officers and sailors showing the WRNS parts of the ship, which include the inspection of pom-poms, gun-sights, etc., etc. 5. WRNS descend a vertical ladder and one through binoculars looks. 6. They inspect torpedo tubes. 7. These are followed by shots of the Captain talking to one or two WRNS and to the WRNS officer in charge of the party.
