- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: Threaten a British institution with destitution and there’s always someone to cry shame. Crying over the neglect of the country’s canals were a group of young people we found in Stratford-on-Avon. But they weren’t just crying. They were busy restoring the local canal for the holidaymakers who love cruising along our industrial waterways.
