Summary

Pathe synopsis: An Ascot without the fashions but with all the excitement - an apt description of the Cuckfield Donkey Races held at Cuckfield, Sussex, every year. Run for charity, the races are generally over two furlongs and the rules and conditions are laid down by the Donkey Club. An added attraction this year is a sulky race between two girls from London’s Windmill Theatre.
