Summary
Pathe synopsis: It takes hard work, natural skill and of course the right physique to become a successful jockey, as this visit to some well-known training stables at Newmarket shows. Apprentice jockeys usually start their careers around the age of fifteen, and their working day, which starts at 7 am, is one continual round of cleaning out stables, grooming horses, and exercising them. But these lads love the life!
