MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: President Roosevelt at Watertown Arsenal. DESCRIPTION: The President visits Portsmouth, New Hampshire to see the making of Naval guns. Then he went onto Newport torpedo base. SHOTLIST: The President arrives by car with Secretary of the Navy Mr Knox. He sees gun barrels being made. Also finished 8 inch guns and AA weapons of the light, quick-firing type.
