Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Apartment House Blasted. DESCRIPTION: An apartment block in Washington is demolished using dynamite. SHOTLIST: Charges of dynamite are placed in holes drilled in the walls of this big building which is to give way to the new War Department. First one half is demolished, then the other. The usual reverse motion shot puts it all back.
