Summary

MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Russo-Finnish Peace. DESCRIPTION: The Finnish Foreign Minister explains why they made peace. SHOTLIST: The Finnish flag flutters at half mast over the Savoy Hotel in Helsinki. Foreign Minister Tanner broadcasts and addresses press representatives. In the streets the people read the proclamations posted on walls and buy pamphlets which give an account of the peace and the negotiations.
