Synopsis
Recording of an on-stage conversation held as part of the 2022 Aspen Ideas Festival between Oskar Eustis (The Public Theater) and James Shapiro (Columbia University), moderated by Erika Mallin (Aspen Institute). They discuss the theme of power through Shakespeare Julius Caesar and Eustis’ 2017 contemporary production starring Gregg Henry that depicted the title character in the fashion of former US President, Donald Trump.
