Flower, Mayor of Stratford, Sir F. Benson delivers the toast of ‘The Immortal Memory’, Rt. Hon. Stanley Baldwin addresses ‘Representatives of the Nations’ and French Ambassador M. de Fleuriau replies. The opening ceremony and speech are given by the Prince of Wales; descriptive commentary by Percy Edgar.
