People queued for over 30 hours for gallery seats for the opening performance of The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Seen arriving were: newly-married Patrick Allen and Sarah Lawson, Diana Wynyard, Richard Wattis, and the new Director of the theatre, Peter Hall with his wife Leslie Caron".
