Synopsis
Explains why good measurement is important to the manufacturing industry. Dorma Fabrics, a manufacturer of co-ordinated bed linens, is a company which has collaborated closely with the Department of Trade and Industry in the area of measurement. Its interest lay in improving the measurement of colour. Looks at some measurements in Dorma’s works that are necessary for the accurate control of colour dyeing.
