Synopsis

Explains the basic methods of dyeing fibre and pieces in the workshop. Demonstrates the process from identification of the fibre, the choice of dye and additive, and explains their interrelationship in the choice of appropriate dyestuffs and additives for a given fibre as well as the sequence of wetting out to washing out.
