Report on a mid-air near miss - or air miss - involving Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh’s Andover plane which came within two miles of a British Airways jumbo jet over London. The prince, who was reported to be co-piloting the aircraft, would have been flying in a purple airway - a controlled airspace reserved for royal aircraft.
