Description

All criminal charges against Colonel Oliver North, the White House official who illegally sold American weapons to Iran, have been dropped. Prosecutors have decided they have insufficient evidence against North over his role in the biggest scandal of Ronald Reagan’s presidency. North says he is relieved it is all over, and thanks his team of lawyers, and the American people for their support.
