Interview with Malcolm Bailes, friend of Samantha Bisset and her 4 year-old daughter Jazmine who were found murdered at their home in Plumstead, south-east London. Bailes describes Samantha, and says he can think of no motive for her death. He also calls for the capture of the murderer. Male interviewer not identified.
