Britain’s best known cellist, Julian Lloyd Webber, is selling one of his most prized possessions to help pay for his divorce. The 18th-century Guadagnini cello is due to be auctioned at Sotheby’s on 15th June, where it should fetch £70,000. Rosy Kempston has been for a preview. Sound level very low.
