Prison officers at Risley Remand Centre say the Governor, Ian Boon, is to blame for last week’s riots. The Prison Officers Association (POA) at Risley has handed Boon a resolution, taken after a meeting last night, saying that officers’ patience, endurance, and co-operation is being stretched to the limit. Dave Aston reports.
