In the wake of President Reagan’s remarks about astrology, Margaret Thatcher says (in reply to a lighthearted Commons question from Conservative backbencher Julian Amery) that she will not be appointing a resident astrologer at 10 Downing Street. She does however remark that she is a Libra - a very balanced sign.
