Description

Jay (Jayaram) Khadka was brought to Britain from Nepal and adopted by computer tycoon Richard Morley, after the death of the boy’s father in 1990. The Home Office has consistently opposed Khadka’s presence in Britain, claiming that he entered the country on a false passport. Khadka speaks before the immigration court judgement is announced.
