Synopsis
Television schools series in eight parts, examining the conflict between good and evil in medieval and Elizabethan drama. Episode 7 continues the argument that in Macbeth Shakespeare makes use of the traditions of earlier drama to portray the most complex form of the conflict of good and evil, conflict within the character of Macbeth himself.
