Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Daladier in Algiers. DESCRIPTION: The tour ends in Algiers. SHOTLIST: M Daladier concludes his North African tour with a visit to Algiers. The "Foch" accompanied by the "Colbert" brought M Daladier to the quayside where he was welcomed by the Mayor. Mr Daladier drives through the streets to the war memorial where he lays a wreath. Then he reviews the colonial troops. The French Minister is accompanied by Governor General Le Beau, General Nogues and seventy sheikhs. Elevated shot of the harbour at Algiers.
