Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Pluto Chan and His Paintings. DESCRIPTION: Chinese artist Pluto Chan. SHOTLIST: Pluto Chan, the eight year old Chinese artist gives an exhibition in the Cooling Galleries in aid of a fund to help the War refugees. The young artist makes a lightning caricature of Movietone filming Mr Neville Chamberlain. Pluto draws with his left hand and with him in the studio with him is his sister Christina.
