MLV man kneeling with whippet, releases it, others released behind him. LV several men release dogs. LV men (owners?) run towards finish (after dogs). LV dogs cross line. CU dog’s head. [SUBTITLE]: A NOVEL EVENT. THE PIGEON GAVE THE DOG 10 YARDS. START AND WON EASILY. MLV man kneeling with dog, another with bird (this must be staged as they make to get up before shot is cut). LV dog crosses line, pigeon not visible. MV and MLV dog and pigeons with owners.
