Summary

BFI synopsis: Launch of floating dock for the Argentine Government from Vickers’ Works at Barrow" (20). The dock slides down slipway at Barrow-in-Furness into the sea, watched by the workforce, several of whom are standing on the floating dock itself (82). Broadside view of the dock in the water - the words ‘Dique Flotante No. 2’ visible on its side.
