Summary

Babcock and Wilcox synopsis: This item takes us out to New Zealand, where, in the middle of the North Island, "man-made" pine forests, planted over a quarter of a century ago, are providing New Zealand with the material of a new and important industry.
We visit the Kinleith paper mill in a scenic setting and follow the process of paper-making, from pine to paper, seeing Babcock-Tomlinson boiler units, made at Renfrew, in service and in course of installation, to provide efficient recover of the process chemicals, and also process steam for the great paper-making plant. All this against a background of mountain and forest and the steam blowholes of the thermal region, makes an item of both scenic and industrial interest.
