Summary
Babcock and Wilcox synopsis: It is not generally realized what a useful part women play in such an industry as heavy engineering. The "Home and Away" camera carries out a little investigation of the distaff side of B. & W. and brings to life a surprising number of ways in which the ladies, in works, canteen and office are contributing to the smooth-running of a big organisation.
