Summary
COI synopsis: Lobsters are being seriously over-fished. Though a female lobster lays her eggs by the thousand, her progeny are prey for numerous predators. The lobsters don’t help their cause either. Males have fierce territorial instincts and will claw invading lobsters to death. But a British team have devised a system of farming lobsters - of keeping them in isolation but healthy. They grow to market size in half the time.
